It is measured by a Sphygmomanometer, it is used to know the oscillations of blood pressure. Blood pressure should be taken correctly, lying down, sitting or standing.
Normal Systolic Tension: between 120 and 140 millimeters of mercury.
Normal Diastolic Tension: between 60 and 80 millimeters of mercury.
High Tension: More than 160 Systolic and 90 Diastolic.
Low Tension: Less than 100 Systolic and 50 Diastolic
